Artist, Joseph Oscar Mettle, has prompted guardians to put resources into the ability advancement of their kids.

Mr Mettle offered this guidance in a virtual gathering of children of the Perbi Cubs Library Services in Accra.

The meeting finished with an honors service for youngsters, who dominated in the festival of abilities show.
