High Court hands over Kennedy Agyapong’s disdain case to another High Court Judge

The Supreme Court has requested Registrar of the High Court to put the disdain preliminary of the Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Kennedy Ohene Agyapong, under the watchful eye of another adjudicator.

This comes after the five-part Apex court banned Justice Amos Wuntah Wuni from managing the scorn preliminary of the MP.

The court, as per Daily Graphic, suppressed all procedure that had been held before Justice Amos Wuntah Wuni, denying him from directing the case yet held the request for Kennedy Agyapong to at present show up under the watchful eye of the High Court to respond in due order regarding hatred.

“The issue ought to be sent back to the Registrar of the High Court for the Registrar to put it under the watchful eye of the High Court distinctively established,” the court held.

The court includes it will give its full explanation behind the choice on October 20, 2020.

The five-part board of the court was directed by Justice Paul Baffoe-Bonnie, with Justices Yaw Appau, Gabriel Pwamang, Issifu Omoro Tanko Amdau and Yonny Kulendi.

The MP on September 17, petitioned for a survey application at the Supreme Court to stop hatred procedures against him and furthermore subdue the request for summons for him to show up under the steady gaze of the court as the High Court had no ward to do as such.

As per the attorneys, the supposed remarks by their customer was not aimed at Justice Wuni, but instead at an alternate Justice of the High Court.
