High Court obstructs High Court judge from hearing Ken Agyapong’s case

The Court demands the remark made by the MP is outrageous and excused the part of the application which tried to subdue the issue from the High Court.

Direction for Kennedy Agyapong took the issue to the Supreme Court for the summit court to subdue the disdain body of evidence against his customer and furthermore forbid High Court judge Justice Wuntah Wuni from hearing the issue.

Supporting his contention, lead counsel Kwame Gyan contended that the way that the High Court Judge has accepted the supposed disdain remarks were aimed at him makes him an invested individual, consequently he can’t sit and articulate judgment on the issue.

He implored the Court to deny the adjudicator from sitting on the issue, including his customer will rather lean toward an alternate appointed authority assumes control over the case.

He contended that the remarks made by the MP was not aimed at Justice Wuntah Wuni yet an alternate High Court judge.

Appointee Attorney General Godfred Yeboah Dame, in his contention, told the Supreme Court the remarks made by the Assin Central Member of Parliament on his Net2 TV were shocking.

In protecting the High Court against the MP, he asked the Court to dismiss the application recorded by the legal counselors of the MP since Justice Wuntah Wuni, sitting on the hatred case, has the ward to hear the issue.

Mr Yeboah Dame was given the testimony in resistance recorded by the recorder of the High Court to contend the issue in the Supreme Court.

He contended that the remarks were aimed at a high court judge which surmises that the entire high court has been scandalized so any high court judge could sit on issue and articulate judgment.
