The Accra High Court has requested Assin Central MP Kennedy Agyapong to show up under the watchful eye of the court on Friday, September 18, 2020, after he neglected to appear in court today, September 14, 2020.

Legal counselors for Kennedy Agyapong filed an application that he was by and by not presented with the underlying writ of request which was given on September 9, 2020.

The court has along these lines given a new request for Kennedy Agyapong to demonstrate why he ought not be rebuffed for scorn on September 18.

“By posting a duplicate of the request and the court’s summons to show cause gave on Sept 9 to be served on the said Kennedy Ohene Agyapong to show up under the steady gaze of this court on the notification leading group of the High Court, Land Division, Law Court Complex.

“By posting a duplicate of the request along with the conference notice on an obvious piece of Net 2 TV and Oman FM stations, Holywood Building, Medina Zongo Junction, Accra.”

The court said the request “will stay posted for three days (returnable on Friday, Sept 18).”

Kennedy Agyapong has been pulled under the steady gaze of the law after he flung a few swearwords at an appointed authority who had allowed a directive against him over some land debate.

Kennedy Agyapong accused the adjudicator of being degenerate and vowed to manage him.

“You are an idiotic adjudicator. I will confront you. I am not Anas to accept kickbacks from you. I will manage you”, he said on Net2 TV.

The vociferous administrator gave an expression of remorse after the main request of request was given by Justice Amos Wuntah Wuni.

“In any case, upon calm reflection, I have gone to the acknowledgment that without partiality to the considerable case, my appearance about the court’s feeling was cruel in this way I think that its important to deliver an unfit conciliatory sentiment with no booking at all to the decent Chief Justice, judges and officers and any person who have been outraged by my uncomplimentary remarks”.

“Accordingly before the distribution of this letter, I have showed up on a similar stage on the seventh day of September 2020 and delivered same expression of remorse to the Hon Chief Justice, Judges and Magistrates” portions of his announcement read.
